The aim of the survey is to collect stakeholder expectations regarding additional skills and useful competences of employees versus knowledge and skills, resulting in the identification of a knowledge gap in the battery value chain.

It will be used to validate educational and training needs along the entire battery value chain and to develop courses prepared as part of the BattValue project, funded by EIT Raw Materials.
